At EKO, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns on eligible items purchased directly from ekousa.com within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be in new or unused condition, with all original packaging, inserts, and accessories included.
Returns are available exclusively for orders placed on ekousa.com.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be subject to handling, restocking, or restoration fees.
- Items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a valid warranty issue, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to reasons not related to the product itself (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/model), you will be responsible for the return shipping.
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.
- If the return meets our criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
