EKO North America ships orders placed on ekousa.com to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping destinations

We ship within the contiguous United States only.

Shipping charges

  • Standard shipping is a flat $20.00 per order.
  • Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more is available only for delivery to these states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Orders under $50 to these states pay the $20.00 standard rate. Deliveries to all other contiguous states pay the $20.00 standard rate whatever the order total.
  • Replacement parts have their own flat shipping rates: battery covers and liner rings $10.00; lids and hinges $15.00. These rates may change.
  • If your order contains items from different rate groups (for example a product and a replacement part), the shipping charges for each group are added together.

The shipping charge for your order is always shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay.

Order processing time

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days before they ship.

Estimated delivery time

After your order ships, delivery normally takes 5–8 business days. We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; they can be affected by carrier delays, weather, address problems, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking your order

Tracking information is emailed to the address on your order as soon as the carrier provides it.

Lost, delayed or damaged shipments

If your shipment appears significantly delayed, tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot find the package, or your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, email support@ekonorthamerica.com with your order number, your contact information and photos of the issue (if applicable). We will review it and help with the next steps under our Refund Policy.
